Refitting of Rapid Impact Compaction

(1) Adjust the Rapid Impact Compaction on the ground to keep the installed parts vertical.

(2) Take out the connecting pin between the loader bucket and the power arm, and take out the bucket.

(3) Connect the connecting frame of the Rapid Impact Compaction with the power arm of the cutting machine, install the locating pin, and pay attention to wiping the lithium ester on the locating pin for wetting.

(4) Connect the oil inlet pipe and return pipe of the loader hydraulic pump with the oil inlet pipe of the Rapid Impact Compaction and fix them on the equipment.

(5) Install the sensor, solenoid valve, control line, etc. of the Rapid Impact Compaction, fix it, and make relevant signs.

(6) Install the Rapid Impact Compaction control box in the loader cab, weld the fixed base, and cut off the loader power line during welding to prevent damage to the body control line. The output control line and input power line are led into the control box for connection. The input power voltage is DC24V, a total of two phases. The positive stage receives the loader power fuse, and the negative pole is grounded.

Commissioning of tamping machine

(1) After the installation of equipment and lines, check whether there is any error, then turn on the power supply, and check whether the instruments of the control box and each marking switch work normally.

(2) After the instrument operates normally, set relevant parameters, and set the impact height and frequency of the hammer body according to the specific construction technical standards. The impact height of the Rapid Impact Compaction is divided into three levels. The first level is set to 0.6m, the second level is set to 0.9m, and the third level is set to 1.2m. Input the parameters into the control program.

(3) After the instrument is set, the single machine load test run can be started, and the compactor can be driven to the working position. After the tamping surface is placed, press the start button of the control box to start the tamping work.

Precautions for use

According to the use and maintenance of the equipment for a period of time, the following precautions are summarized:

(1) The weight of the Rapid Impact Compaction itself is about 10t, which is easy to cause the center of gravity instability and rollover during driving. Therefore, when the equipment is moving, the vehicle body must be stable and do not tilt when going uphill.

(2) During the work, the tamping plate of the hydraulic tamping machine must closely fit the tamping surface and be placed vertically to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to empty tamping.

(3) Before construction every day, check the fastening bolts at each connection position. If it is loose, tighten and lock it according to the specified torque, replace it if necessary, check whether the shell, hammer pad and hammer body are intact, and remove sundries in time For dust, soil, etc., please apply lithium grease evenly on the slide rail to moisten it.

(4) The damage rate of proximity sensor in hydraulic seal ring and tamping operation is high, which belongs to vulnerable parts, and construction delay must be prevented.

(5) Check whether there is water leakage in the hydraulic system, regularly check the gear oil of the equipment, and replenish it in time if there is any defect.
